• No conversion needed, payroll is processed in the same software we currently use
• You provide timecards and we enter time for you
• One of our experts will review payroll before it is approved
• We handle all payroll entires for our bookkeeping clients, otherwise you must manully record payroll trasactions
• We schedule your payroll tax deposits and send you a confirmation report with the details
• Our experts complete an in-depth review and file payroll tax returns on your behalf 
• No fee for adjustments or corrections
• We send you pay-stubs and payroll summary reports each pay-period. Employees can access payroll data online. 
• Human resource tools are not included with QuickBooks Desktop Payroll
• Payroll deductions (health, 401K, garnishments) available, $20 set-up fee; you are responsible for payments
• Direct deposit fee of $4.00 per paycheck
• Worker's Compensation payroll reporting for $20/reporting period
• 15% discount on monthly base fee, if bundled with bookeeping services
